Why do we win these awards?

The answer is very simple - we provide top quality, premium accommodation for owners with their comfort uppermost in our minds.  Our location is unsurpassed close to the river and town and then, finally, we genuinely warmly welcome their pets.

They are your family and we delight in having them stay with us.

Each property has its own private fully fenced garden solely for your use.

Pets are welcome inside as we have polished floors and leather furniture.

There are miles of car free, riverside walks 200 metres from your gate…and then there is the river to swim in.

There is a huge dog park five houses away at the end of the street

There is only one proviso.  To minimise disturbance to other guests, under no circumstances are dogs to be left alone for long periods of time – either in the property or in the garden.  Day or night.

Assuming your pet is not a barker or howler, two to three hours is fine while you go for bike ride, etc but for longer periods when you go out they must go with you unless they are being doggy sat.  Doggysitting is available  should you need it.  Please enquire when you book.

Barking/howling/anxious dogs are not to be left at any time.  

Unfortunately, due to our abundant, and quite tame, birdlife we are unable to have cats stay - sorry
